   Not the greatest but hey it’s the only underage gay club in portland (and the west coast). really good scene but it’s kinda insolated and i have to admit not positioned on the greatest street in the world.

   This is the best ALL AGES Nightclub on the west coast! They play the best Techno and every saturday they have a Drag Show! I have so much fun here! I am soooo addicted! It is a mainly gay nightclub but I am straight. They except all walks of life! Fridays $7 which is not bad. Saturdays $10 but so worth it! There is no alcohol because it is all ages. It makes for a great after hours dance club! You should check it out for sure!

   The Escape Nightclub is a good scene for GLBTQ and Straight teens to go, in fact, it is the best place in the Portland Metropolitan area to go dancing for the under 18 crowd. The people are friendly, the music is hopping, and there is always enough people to fill the dance floor. If you like slow dancing and the romantic aspect of going out, this place is not for you. If your thing is techno, hot sweaty bodies and the occasional Drag Queen, then this place is your cup o’ tea. Around 2am on Saturday nights is the show, about a half hour for performers trying to make it in Portland. The music is spun by the DJ every night and the party only stops when the place closes. A must do for teens into to the techno scene.

   i love this place!the dancing is crazy!great atmosphere,hot drag shows,and amazing cute guys!the best place if you wanna meet someone!the music is good and so are the ppl who work there,My first time there was a blast!I was in a sandwich on the dancefloor with 4 hotties in less than a half an hour of being there.its totally worth it,you should deffinately check it out!its a blast!

   I absolutely adore the Escape! The dancing is great, the people are fun, and while it could use a little renovation in the way of more space, I love the atmosphere. I have never had a bad time while I’ve been there, but you do have to be careful about when you go. Most Friday nights are sorta quiet, and since only a handful of people come, it’s not as much of a good time. Saturdays are great, but the $10 cover is hard to manage sometimes. But overall, the Escape is a great place to dance and meet new people for underage folk.

   So, i’ve never been here before, and i live in Eugene, Oregon. is it worth the drive up?

   plus, what type of songs do they play?
   like, i understand techno but lets narrow it down a little more?
